Did you know that on this day, March 2, in 1904, the literary world was forever changed with the birth of Dr. Seuss?! That’s right – today would have been his 107th birthday! As a mother, I am very familiar with his classics such as Hop on Pop, Green Eggs and Ham, and of course, probably the most famous in his collection, The Cat in the Hat!
