Return on Investment for Renovations

Return on Investment for Renovations
Spring has sprung and everywhere you look construction trucks and landscapers are pulling into driveways ready to spruce up a home. My husband and I are currently getting in on the action by receiving quotes on a irrigation system, play structure, and even gathering information on what it will take to turn our unfinished basement into a recreational heaven!
Have you been thinking about taking on some renovation projects? Below you will find some stats I recently read in USAA Magazine detailing national average cost vs. recouped amount of cost on several popular renovation projects:
Project
National Average Cost
Recouped Amount of Cost
Minor Kitchen Remodel
$21,695
72.8%
Bathroom Remodel

64.1%
Master Suite Addition

63%
Sunroom Addition
$75,224
48.6%
Home Office Remodel
$28,888
