Richmond Area Kindergarten Registration
It’s that time again! I know – hard to believe it is not even summer yet and it is already time to register your new school-er for kindergarten! This year, 10 Central Virginia School Districts banded together and decided to hold registration on the same day. Thursday, April 7th, the following counties/areas will be holding their kindergarten registration for the 2011-2012 school year:
Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, and Richmond.
To be eligible for this upcoming school year, children must be 5 years of age by September 30th, 2011.
